There are three cozy comfort apartments to choose from on our farm. The accommodations, designed with great attention to detail, are furnished with local and sustainable natural materials, in particular with natural stone pine and spruce wood. Warm colors and modern accents create a cozy atmosphere. At the traditionally built Tölzlhof you live close to nature, sustainable and contemporary.

Our cozy attic apartment in a larch wood dress has a Swiss stone pine bedroom with a double bed, a Swiss pine children's room with a single bed and a changing table, two spacious wardrobes, a small cloakroom and a cozy living room in soft natural tones and a fully equipped kitchenette. You will also find a spacious, bright bathroom with shower and sun roof window as well as a balcony. Of course, you can also use our beautiful communal garden and the barbecue area.

Our rural, family-style spruce wood apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a French bed and a loft bed, a bathroom with a shower, a separate living area with a couch and a fully equipped kitchen. In front of your front door there is a beautiful garden with a large sunbathing area, a seating area and a barbecue area for cozy get-togethers.

Our pinewood studio has a comfortable box spring bed, an inviting seating area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a built-in cupboard for storage, a cloakroom and a modern bathroom with shower / toilet and hairdryer.

In front of your apartment you will also find a quiet outdoor seating area and a spacious garden with barbecue area and fire bowl to end your day comfortably.

Our apartments’ facilities

Dogs are very welcome at the Tölzlhof!

For hygienic reasons, however, we want your dog to sleep on the floor - not in bed, on the sofa or other upholstered furniture. Also do not allow your dog to do his business in our garden in order for our next guests to be able to enjoy it. Hence nothing stands in the way of your vacation with your dog. We look forward to seeing you again soon on two and four legs!
